🚚 Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days after you get your order confirmation email. This does not include weekends and holidays.
You will get another email when your order has shipped.
Sometimes it takes a little longer to process orders when we're really busy or having a sale.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
How long it takes to get your order depends on where you live.
Here are some estimated delivery times:
* Belgium: 5 to 10 business days
* Europe: 5 to 12 business days
* International: 7 to 15 business days
We figure out the shipping cost when you check out unless we say something
Keep in mind that these delivery times are estimates. They can be longer because of things like customs delays or problems with the shipping company.
Shipping. Tracking
When your order ships you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
It might take 24 to 48 hours for you to be able to track your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping is only in EU YOU DO NOT GET EXTRA TAXES !!!!
Delays
We try to get your order to you on time. Sometimes delays happen.
This can be because we are really busy or because of problems with the shipping company or customs.
We are not responsible for delays that we cannot control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you do not have it Shipping Policy says you should check with your neighbors or your local post office.
Then you should contact the shipping company directly.
If you still need help you can contact us.
Incorrect Address
Make sure your shipping address is correct when you check out.
We are not responsible if your order goes to the address because of a mistake you made.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged contact us within 48 hours, with pictures of the damage.
