📦 Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We have a return policy that lasts for 14 days. This means you have 14 days to ask for a return after you get your item. This is because of the laws that protect consumers in the European Union.

To be able to return something the item must be in the condition as when you got it. It has to be unworn or unused with the tags on and in the original box. You also need to show us that you bought it like with an order number or receipt.

If you want to start the return process you need to email us at hybridvshop@gmail.com. If we say it is okay to return the item we will tell you how and where to send it back. Please do not send anything back without asking us because we will not accept it.

Right of Withdrawal for European Union Customers

If you live in the European Union you have the right to change your mind about a purchase within 14 days. You do not have to give us a reason.

You have 14 days to decide starting from the day you get your item. To cancel your purchase you need to email us at hybridvshop@gmail.com. Then you have 14 days to send the item back.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying to send the item to us unless it is broken or not what you ordered. We think it is an idea to use a shipping method that can be tracked because we are not responsible if the item gets lost.

Damages and Issues

When you get your order please check it carefully. If there is a problem like the item is broken, damaged or not what you ordered email us away. We will look at the problem. Make it right.

Exceptions. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some things cannot be returned, like food, flowers or items that are made for you. We also cannot take back personal care items, like beauty products or items that are marked as sale. If you are not sure about an item please email us.

Exchanges

The way to get a different item is to send the one you have back and then buy the new one separately after we say it is okay to return the first one.

Refunds

After we get your return and check it we will let you know if we can give you a refund. If we can you will get your money back on the payment method you used. This usually takes 10 business days.

Please remember that it might take your bank or credit card company a little longer to put the refund in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not get your refund after 10 business days check your bank account again. Then call your credit card company or bank. If you still do not get your refund email us at hybridvshop@gmail.com.
